Package II

INR. 950/- Nett  per person which includes Buffet Breakfast, Buffet Lunch, Evening Hi-Tea and Usage of all Sport Facilities at Resort.

v Breakfast : Fresh Juice/Cut Fruit, 02 South Indian dish, Toast With butter, jam, Eggs Preparation, Corn Flacks with milk, Tea/Coffee.

v Buffet Lunch : One Salads , Two Veg Main Dishes (01 Dry / 01 Curry) , One Non Veg Main Dishes (01 Chicken Curry ), One Dal, Two Rice item( 01 Flavored Rice / 01 Steam Rice ), One Rasam, Assorted Indian Breads (Tandoori Roti / Naan ), One Curd item, Papad, Pickle, Two Deserts (01 Chef Choice Dessert / 01 Ice Cream) .

· Liquor is strictly prohibited while using the swimming pool.

TAXES & SERVICE CHARGE:

Taxes & service charge will be charged as per rates prevailing on checkout day.

CANCELLATION POLICY

· Cancellation/reduction before 18 Days of the Day-Out  date – No Charge.

· Cancellation/reduction between 12-17 Days of the Day-Out  date, we charge 25 % of Total Billing value.

· Cancellation/reduction between 6-11 Days of the Day-Out   date, we charge 50 % of Total Billing value.

· Cancellation/reduction between 48 Hours - 5 Days of the Day-Out  date, we charge 75 % of Total Billing value.

· Cancellation/ reduction less than 48 hours prior to check-in, the No Show/ Retention policy as below would be applicable.

NO SHOW / RETENTION POLICY

You need to inform us the minimum guaranteed number of Pax required by you.

5 % of the guaranteed number of rooms rounded off to the closest whole number will be blocked additionally as expected Pax. The expected rooms blocked would be automatically released 48 hours before check-in unless otherwise confirmed.

The minimum guaranteed rooms will however be liable for 100% retention at the rate offered for the booking in case of any no show/ reduction / cancellation.

We request a written confirmation and a 50 % of the Gross Bill as token advance 15 days before the check in date to guarantee the reservation.
